GROUP SUPPORT

Learn, manage, and respond to any grief experience with greater self-care.

The purpose of the Responding to Grief Support Group is to understand the impact of loss and to respond with greater self-care.

The Responding to Grief Support Group is a compassionate support group for adults suffering from any type of loss. Participants are welcomed to gently explore their own unique loss experience in a caring and confidential in-person or virtual setting.

Each group meeting focuses on a topic associated with loss paired with relevant self-care tips. Held in eight week cycles, the group’s topics flow successively yet are also accessible independently.

Co-facilitators Lisa and Lynne are passionately dedicated to supporting those suffering from loss and the complexities of grief.
