SELF-CARE FOR LOSS RETREATS

The purpose of the Self-Care for Loss Retreat is to provide the opportunity to deeply explore the impact of grief and to respond with greater self-care. 

The Self-Care for Loss Retreat is designed for adults suffering any type of loss. Participants are welcomed to delve into their own unique loss experience in a safe, caring, and confidential setting. Expressive arts and gentle yoga are incorporated into the retreat day, expanding the healing experience.

The Self-Care for Loss Retreat may be tailored for specific groups of people such as:

  • Trauma victims

  • Hospital employees

  • Nursing home staff

  • Social workers

  • First responders

  • Firefighters

  • Teachers

  • Hospice 

The Self-Care for Loss Retreat is held in-person or virtually for a half-day or full-day. Materials are provided for each participant.
