SELF CARE FOR LOSS ONE-HOUR WORKSHOPS
The purpose of the Self-Care for Loss One-Hour Workshops is to provide small blocks of time for participants to learn about grief’s impact and to implement self-care in a gentle, caring, and safe environment..
The Self-Care for Loss One-Hour Workshops are designed for adults suffering any type of loss. Each experiential workshop focuses on a grief-related topic paired with relevant self-care tips. Participants learn to acknowledge loss and to begin the healing process.
The Self-Care for Loss One-Hour Workshops are held in three, five, or seven-week cycles either in-person or virtually. Materials are provided for each participant.
